Extend Your Stay as a UK Entrepreneur<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa<\/strong> has been replaced by the Innovator Visa<\/strong> and Start-up Visa<\/strong>. However, existing holders of a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa could apply for an extension until April 5, 2023<\/strong> and pursue settlement in the UK until April 5, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The visa originally lasts 3 years and 4 months<\/strong>, with a possibility of a 2-year extension<\/strong> for eligible entrepreneurs before the current visa expires.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria for the UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Visa<\/strong><\/h2>\n
